All vehicles purchased through our online listings or in-person are available for pickup at our physical location:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

During the pickup process, our dedicated Vehicle Delivery Specialist will guide you through the technological features of your new Audi to ensure you are comfortable and confident before leaving the lot.

2. Shipping and Home Delivery

As a standard policy, we do not offer shipping or delivery services outside of the dealership. We believe the best way to start your Audi journey is with a comprehensive in-person orientation.

Special Exceptions

We understand that unique circumstances may arise. Delivery to a home or business address may be considered on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances.

If you require delivery outside of our dealership, please speak with your Audi Brand Specialist or contact our sales department directly to discuss availability, eligibility, and potential associated costs.

3. Delivery Timelines

• In-Stock Vehicles: Pickup can typically be scheduled within 24–72 hours of purchase finalization, allowing time for professional detailing and final safety inspections.

• Factory Orders: Timelines for vehicles commissioned from the factory vary. Your Brand Specialist will provide regular updates as your vehicle moves through the supply pipeline.

4. Documentation and Requirements

At the time of delivery or pickup, the following are required:

• A valid driver’s license.

• Proof of active insurance.

• Finalization of all financing or payment documentation.
