Making an appointment was quick and easy. They get busy at tire season just like any dealer. Hitch install looks great and a nice finish to my Q3! I'm ready to haul the track bike this season with the Q3. I was told it would be there all day and they got the car back to me by 1pm! Thanks for a speedy install!
